AEC 2011 Memphis, TN

The Junior Auxiliary of Ruston attended their Annual Education Conference in Memphis, TN on April 29th and 30th with 6 delegates in attendance.  This annual conference brings together all 101 chapters of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA).  Over 800 women from the southeast attended the two day conference which concluded with an awards ceremony on Saturday night.

 

The Junior Auxiliary of Ruston received four awards, a record for the 30 year old Chapter. The awards received at the Annual Education Conference included the 2010 – 2011 Efficiency Award, The Louise Eskrigge Crump Child Welfare Award for the Helping Hearts Project, The Public Relations Award for the Christmas Clearing House Project and The National Focus Award for the Preschool Puppets Project.
